
Welcome to Olive Street Bread!
At Olive Street Bread, we love making freshly baked sourdough for our community. After years of professional baking and sharing our breads through La Petite Chevre, we wanted to continue this journey by baking for friends, family, and anyone else who might appreciate a loaf.
Each week, we prepare small batches of sourdough using quality mostly organic ingredients and a long, slow fermentation process to let the natural flavors of the grain shine.
Our weekly pickups are a way to share our love of bread with you. We appreciate your support and are happy to be your source for delicious sourdough.

Our Bread
Next week we'll be making cinnamon raisin bread! This favourite takes our classic white sourdough and adds raisins and a swirl of cinnamon and brown sugar. Pickup on Wednesday, June 25th.
Ingredients: white flour, water, raisins, sourdough starter (flour, water), brown sugar, cinnamon, salt
Each week, we bake a different variety of sourdough bread, offering something new for you to enjoy. Be sure to check our Instagram page for the latest updates on what we’re baking and when you can pick up your loaf.
All our loaves weigh 900g unless noted otherwise. We use long fermentation processes to develop rich flavours and improve texture.
As a home kitchen our bread is prepared in the same kitchen as many other foods and is not suitable for those with severe allergies.
Pickup Details:
When: The next bake will be announced on Instagram each week. It will be ready by 9am on pickup day and then you can come by any time. I'll leave your loaf in a sealed container on the stand out front for easy pickup.
